Tanesha Harrigan, Vice President of the Rotary Club of Harlem, attended the World Polio Day FUNraiser hosted by the Rotary Metro Club at the Green Room Backstage Tavern, 346 West 46th Street. The event highlighted Rotary International’s long-standing efforts to eradicate polio globally, sharing insights into the history of the organization and its significant achievements in reducing polio cases worldwide. Fundraising initiatives were discussed, aiming to further support polio eradication programs through partnerships and donations. The evening served as an engaging platform for raising awareness and gathering resources to continue Rotary’s global mission.
