Thanksgiving Lunch at Iris House

Have you helped today? Thanksgiving 2017

Thanksgiving is a busy time of year if you are a chef or if you have a big family! Christmas music is already playing in the stores! But the Rotary Club of Harlem made sure to take the time to show how gratitude can translate into action.

We held a Gratitude Power Hour at The Row House Restaurant on November 14. We were honored to have District 7230 District Governor Nominee Designate David Schribman in attendance! We were all having so much fun we stayed well past the designated end time! And from there it just got better.

On November 16, members volunteered to serve Thanksgiving Lunch to the Iris House community. A busy day with lots of mouths to feed. Great time chatting with and serving people from ALL backgrounds, races, and creeds.

And on November 21, turkeys donated by our club were raffled off at MS 57 as part of their Roads to Success Thanksgiving Potluck.
